Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Free meals are not available for guests staying in extra beds. Accommodation with animals is allowed for non-fighting breeds, no more than 40 cm at the withers. All guests are required to make a prepayment of 50% of the price within three days from the date of booking. The hotel contacts the guest and sends him an invoice for payment. Transfer of prepayment from the card is not possible, only to the current account. But the rest can be paid by card at the hotel at the reception.
