Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. The surcharge for each additional guest is 10% of the cost of the stay. Several sets of keys are provided upon request. Early check-in or late check-out is possible in the absence of other guests at this time for an additional fee and by prior arrangement. Early booking is welcome. It is possible to book for a period of 2 days or more, except in cases where there is one free day between the booked days. The cost of accommodation depends on the season, weekends and holidays, the number of days before the check-in date. It is possible to conclude a lease agreement. An electronic receipt is provided for guests on a business trip. Smoking, holding events and staying with pets in the flat are prohibited. A deposit is provided in case of damage to property, loss of keys, smoking in the flat or other damage. In case of no damage caused, the deposit will be refunded in full by transfer to the guests on the day of departure, after cleaning the premises.
