Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments are self-check-in and have a smart lock. Check-in time is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to a fee and cannot be guaranteed. Check-in data is provided after the guest provides a passport and transfers a deposit of 10000.00 RUB non-cash. The deposit is returned after cleaning, until 00.00 on the day of departure. For violations: smoking, guests more than 2 people, parties, noise complaints from neighbors - the deposit is not refundable. For damage / loss of things - the calculation is made at the current market value. The total number of guests including children of any age must not exceed 2 people.
