When you arrive in the city, please call the property for directions and confirm arrival time. Check-in takes place until 21:00. Please note, there is a surcharge of EUR 30 for arrivals between 21.00 and 01.00. Please note, you cannot check in after 01:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. The remaining balance and the cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. Towels and bed linen are included. A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card. It will be refunded once the apartment has been checked. The remaining amount of the reservation is payable on arrival only in cash. Please note that during Las Fallas Festival, Moto GP and Formula 1, every extra person has a cost of EUR 50 per day.
