Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Reporting documents are provided. Early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually for an additional fee. After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the house rules and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully returned to the card. Additional linen and towels are available upon request. Set of linen + set of towels — RUB 500.00. Instructions are sent after providing an identity document and paying the remainder and deposit. Independent remote check-in, the keys to the apartment are in a safe with a combination lock, which is attached to the door. Guests receive a code and check in on their own. The apartment is not rented for parties and to persons under 18 years of age. Smoking of any smoking products and liquids is prohibited.
