A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that the pool is open from 1 June to 30 September. The pool is to be shared with the owners when they are on site. Final cleaning is included. Electricity and air conditioning are not included and are charged according to consumption. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
