Please inform Villa Confina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 14 Oct 2023 until Sat 13 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Extra fees apply for electricity if more than 10 kilowatts per day is consumed. Any additional consumption costs 0.15 EUR per KW. Please note that the property accepts payment by cheque and bank transfer. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for an additional fee.
