Please inform Villa Surprise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property after booking regarding your time of arrival. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that electricity, water, WiFi costs are not included in the price. Please note that towels and bed linen are not included, but can be rented on site for EUR 7 per person for towels and EUR 15 per person for linen. Managed by a private host
