Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From July 17 to July 31, 2024, hot water will be turned off. The apartment is located on the ground floor. If guest need to check in before 02:00 PM or check out after 11:00 AM, then guests need to redeem the previous or next night with a 50% discount, subject to availability. If guests need to check-in or check-out between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM at the time of booking, an additional charge of RUB 500.00 will apply. The deposit is returned upon check-out, after checking the apartments.
