Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning, is made by depositing funds according to the SBP to the sent details upon arrival along with the insurance deposit. Upon arrival for 1-2 days, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the remote check-in instructions to the guests. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation. A cot is available for babies from 0 to 2 years old. Bed linen and bath towels are available on request for an extra charge of RUB 500.00.
