Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 800.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleanings is made by depositing funds along with a security deposit on the day of arrival. For arrivals for one or two days, the final cleaning and security deposit are paid before the guests are sent the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned before 00:00 in the absence of claims to the delivered property and proper compliance with the rules of residence. The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior agreement and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the administration in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There is free parking near the house. The apartment is not rented for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
