Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. There will be no hot water supply in the apartments from July 17 to 31, 2024. There is a boiler. From 01.04.24, guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a resort fee of RUB 100.00 per person for each day of stay, except for the day of arrival. The resort fee is charged additionally and is not included in the room rate. To receive an electronic key and pay the resort fee, you must contact the manager in advance by WhatsApp. Opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 01:30 AM.
