The contact number for communication is indicated in the voucher. On Friday and Saturday, check-in is possible no earlier than 03:00 PM. The private Michelin Apartments are located within the Yes Aparthotel and are not part of it, so after booking, guests must contact the Michelin Apartments immediately to confirm their check-in time and check-in instructions. Reception is not open 24 hours a day, check-in is until 11:00 PM. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not guaranteed and is subject to an additional charge upon prior agreement with the hotel.
