Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning is provided with the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1200.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final and intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds to a bank card upon arrival along with an insurance deposit. Upon arrival for one day, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the check-in instructions to the guests. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation. The possibility of staying with small dogs is agreed in advance individually and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided. Remote contactless check-in at any time from 03:00 PM. It is prohibited to hold noisy events and parties in the apartments. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
