Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in takes place remotely, by advance payment. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Parking on site is paid — RUB 500.00 per day. To open the gate, upon request, a push-button telephone with saved telephone numbers from the gate is issued. An additional set of linen for a folding sofa — RUB 200.00 (the price includes 1 set with which the bed is made). Accommodation with animals is paid additionally — RUB 500.00. Upon check-in, a prerequisite is the payment of a refundable deposit in the amount of RUB 1000.00, the cost of the second set of bed linen is deducted from it when using it. When booking and checking in after 09:00 PM, a prepayment for the first night is charged. Additional bed linen is charged in the amount of RUB 300.00.
