Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The day before check-in, the administration contacts guests by phone to clarify the time of arrival. From 8:00 AM and 09:00 PM, guests are met on site, at other times of arrival, guests are given the code from the key holder, who is located near the front door, and check-in takes place independently. The most convenient way to get from the airport or Adler train station is by taxi. If guests arrive by car, the nearest paid parking is located near the Grand Marina shopping gallery. Guests can park car near the house, but only early in the morning or late in the evening. Swimming pools are free for residents, but they are only open during the season.
