Schoorl is known for its extensive dune area and the highest dunes in the Netherlands, which are ideal for walking and cycling trips. Just 500 metres away is the village centre with some practical amenities. You cycle to the beach or the dunes in no time. For cosy restaurants and unique shops, nearby Bergen is the best place, where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere, restaurants and boutiques
