It is a cycling paradise with forests, fields and, to the north, a unique creek area where it is lovely to walk along the extensive walking network.

In the Meetjesland, you can completely relax! The cities of Ghent and Bruges are just a stone's throw away and are well worth a visit for their authentic buildings. For a day of shopping, this is the place to be. Want to get a breath of fresh air on the beach? In half an hour you can be on the fashionable boulevard of Knokke-Heist.
