In winter, the ski bus stops practically in front of the house and takes you to the middle station of the Kreuzjochbahn - Zillertal-Arena in just 5 minutes for free. If snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the house, leaving the car comfortably at home. In summer, discover the region on beautiful hikes along the green valleys and imposing mountain peaks
