The ski slope and ski school are just located opposite the holiday flat, as well as the cross-country ski run which starts next to the house. The bus stop is in front of the house and Bistro & grocery shop is within 5 minutes walking distance.

The outdoor swimming pool of Itter is literally next door and invites you to take a refreshing summer bath. With the Hohe Salve Gästekarte (included), access to the swimming pool in summer is free.
