The ski bus stop is at the bottom of the access road to the chalet. This puts you in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometres of slopes within minutes. With the Alpin Card, you have access to no less than three ski areas and also have access to Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. These three ski areas form a winter paradise with no less than 408 kilometres of slopes.

In summer, there are plenty of hiking and mountain biking routes. In Leogang, there is a downhill slope. In Saalbach is the 1000m2 adventure pool Käpt'n Hook with waterslides and whitewater slides. There are also several golf courses and you can be at the famous lake of Zell am See in 20 minutes. For your daily shopping and a wide range of restaurants, head to Saalbach-Hinterlglemm or Zell am See.
