Walchsee in the Kaiserwinkel, a jewel in Tyrol, attracts visitors all year round with its picturesque landscape and variety of leisure activities. The holiday flat is located on an idyllic farm in the middle of the Schwemm, a moorland and nature reserve in the municipality of Walchsee. The Schwemm was awarded the Neptune State Prize for Water 2023.

The clear waters of Lake Walchsee offer ideal conditions for swimming, sailing, and stand-up paddling, while the surrounding mountains and valleys, with their network of hiking and cycling trails, invite you to explore.
