Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, check in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries an extra cost of EUR 30. Check in after 02:00 is not possible. The cost of electricity in the apartment will be a maximum of 15kW/day. If it is exceeded, the difference must be paid at the end of the stay.
