Seit Oktober 2017 müssen alle Besitzer:innen von Quadrocoptern und anderen unbemannten Flugfahrzeugen (Drohnen) ihre Geräte bei der Nationalen Thailändischen Fernseh- und Radiokommission (NBTC) registrieren. Bei Verstoß dagegen ist nach thailändischem Gesetz eine Strafe von bis zu fünf Jahren Gefängnis und/oder ein Bußgeld von bis zu 100.000 Baht (etwa 3.000 USD) vorgesehen. Obligatorische Galadinner-Gebühren können in thailändischen Hotels gelten. Gäste sollten direkt beim Hotel weitere Informationen anfragen. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via (PayPal / credit cards / bank transfer). Guests will receive a direct email from the property with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the email. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5 per unit. Please be informed that check-in and check-out times may be flexible.
