Night or early departure before 09:00 AM must be reported in the evening of the previous day. When moving furniture, it is necessary to return it to its place. Guests must maintain the premises in accordance with the procedure prescribed by sanitary, fire and other standards established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The delay of eviction is paid: every 15 minutes — RUB 1000.00. Guests must provide a passport photo for all residents using WhatsApp. Extension of the period of stay can be agreed additionally with the administrator. Guests need to keep it clean. It is forbidden to enter into conflict with neighbors and open the door to unknown persons. Guests must follow the rules of household safety, not to bring third parties without approval. When leaving the apartment, you need to close the taps and windows, turn off the lights and electrical appliances. Noisy events and parties are prohibited. Adults are allowed to stay or parental permission with written notice is required. In case of damage, spoilage, loss of property, the guest is obliged to reimburse its full cost. The use of additional bed linen and towels is possible by agreement. When using an additional set without approval, a deposit fee of RUB 1000.00 per set is withheld. For 2 guests, 1 free set is provided and 1 king-size bed is expected. In case of early eviction, payment for the remaining days is not refundable.
