Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer or credit card is required. Guests will collect keys for the apartment to facilitate a self check-in or may be met by one of the apartment's representative's upon their arrival and personally shown to the apartment. The hospitality team will also be available during your stay to assist with any questions or concerns. For personal check-in after 19:00 a surcharge of GBP 25 applies that needs to be paid upon arrival in cash; alternatively, guests can self-check-in for free using the convenient key safe at the property.
