Please inform Rosa dos Ventos Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that extra charges are applicable for late check-in: - EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. After booking guests will receive an email containing key pick-up procedures. Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on the day of booking via credit card details but refunded if a cancellation is done within the free cancellation time. The remaining payment is due on arrival, in cash. NOTE: Please note that painting works will be carried out on the building, starting on April 3rd 2023, with an expected duration of 4 months.
