Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. In connection with the current situation in the world, the apartments are checked in independently without key locks. Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest one day prior to arrival or one day a day, depending on the reservation made. There is a children's playground on site. For long stays, housekeeping, linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The guest needs to contact the hotelier one day before check-in and inform the time of arrival, the manager will meet the guest at the appointed time. Guests of the apartments can order breakfast for an additional charge of 350.00 RUB, decorated in the form of a lunch box with three main courses to choose from (porridge, omelet, casserole). The time for serving breakfast is from 09:30 to 11:00 (lunch box from the Milti group of companies).
