Eine Reinigungsgebühr ist nicht im Buchungspreis enthalten und separat im Hotel zu entrichten. Obligatorische Galadinner-Gebühren können in italienischen Hotels gelten. Gäste sollten direkt beim Hotel weitere Informationen anfragen. At the check-in, guests are also expected to pay in cash the city tax of 3.00 EUR per person, laid down by the Regulation of the municipality of Sorrento, for every night spent on the local territory, for a maximum of 7 nights, from April the 1st till October the 31st; the minors are exempted. The damage deposit locks by a valid credit card with preauthorized payment. It will be unlocked, when checking out after a check of the apartment, and got back according to the timing of the credit card company. In case the guests were responsible for higher damages than the damage deposit cover, the exceeding amount will be due by credit card. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Children under 8 years are not accepted. No smoking in the house. The use of the infrared sauna is permitted only to those guests who will sign the exoneration of responsibility. Children cannot use it. It is strictly forbidden for anyone who is not on the list of registered people for the stay, to enter inside the property and in the apartment. The apartment has to be left clean at the end of the stay. Guests should only use towels to dry the body of water. Guests are asked to: do not waste water, also switch off lights, air conditioning, and radiators in bathrooms when not at home. Guests have to collect their waste separately by using the containers provided, and leaving their garbage after 8 pm where indicated during the check-in. It is not allowed to take out the house towels or supplied bathrobes, in particular to use them on the deck chairs at the balcony. It is not allowed to stand in the courtyard area or chat sitting on its steps. It is not allowed to go naked back into the central path and into the common area of the Villa. Any noisy activities are not allowed, like listening to music or watching television at high volume, partying, and squealing inside any place in the Villa territory. Guests have to respect the silence during the afternoon rest as well as the night. Guests can walk only through the central path in the grove.
