Please inform Apartamenty Sun & Snow Stegna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Apartamenty Sun&Snow Stegna know your expected arrival time at least 1 day in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Due to ongoing construction works, internet connection is unstable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that from Aug 08 2021 - Mon Jan 01 2024 there are construction works in front of the property which may cause noise. Some of the apartments may have a view of the building site.
