Know Before You Go

• Local laws may restrict unmarried guests from sharing rooms. Guests are responsible for providing proof of marriage, if requested by the property.
• Pool access available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

The property is undergoing an upgrade to its Sun Ray lobby bar. Duration 24 days from 01/02/2025 to 01/25/2025. Working hours: daily from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. The disco will be equipped as a complementary bar. Work Area will be protected and covered. While the initial ten days mobilization works will generate noise disturbance, such will be minimized through protection and appropriate places allocation of in-house guests away from the area site. The property is undergoing an upgrade to its 100 Building 1 (A) rooms starting as of 20/01/2025 till21/03/2025 daily noticeable noise disturbance from 9:00 until 18:00 and light work from 18:00 till 23:00. The property is undergoing an upgrade to its Poseidon Pool Bar. Duration 60 days from February 22nd till April 22th 2025. Working hours: daily from 08:00 AM until 06:00 PM. Daily Noticeable Noise disturbance from 08:00 AM until 06:00 PM. The alternative for guest will be El Marsa – Sports area and all the services are in place. Work Area will be protected and covered. While the initial ten days mobilization works will generate noise disturbance, such will be minimized through protection and appropriate places allocation of in-house guests away from the area site.
