Reservations must be cancelled prior to 4:00 PM CST on day of arrival, unless otherwise specified when booking. An amount equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to guests who do not cancel their reservation within the hotel’s cancellation policy. Certain peak periods may have additional cancellation restrictions, which will be stated during the booking process. There is no deposit necessary to make a reservation. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. A valid card is considered to have an expiration date of at least 3 months past the last stay date of the reservation. A maximum of 3 reservations can be held under a single credit card number. Additional room reservations require a credit card authorization form, which can be obtained by calling the hotel directly. Special event periods may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process. Direct billing accounts must be set up through our Sales Office. If the departure date changes from the original reservation, the hotel must be notified by 12:00 PM 24 hours prior to the new departure date, otherwise an early departure fee applies. Early departure is 1 night room and tax. For group reservations inquires, feel free to contact the hotel. Extra person charge is available for USD 30.00 per night. Children 12 Years old and under stay free with an adult with existing bedding. Free Breakfast for Corporate and VIP guests. Nominal charge for all other guests. The hotel is a fully non-smoking property. A USD 250.00 fee is assessed for guests who smoke in hotel rooms. Connecting rooms can be requested. Room types that connect include: Queen to Deluxe King, Standard King to Deluxe King. Cancellation policy: all cancellations must be made prior to 4:00 PM on the day prior to the arrival date to avoid a 1 night stay cancellation fee. In case of No Show the fee is equal to full stay on the booked reservation. Dogs are welcome at the hotel. Please inform hotel of pet-inclusive reservations in the comments section and fee will be assessed by front desk upon check-in. All guests arriving with pets are required to complete a Pet Welcome Form at check-in. All hotel room types are available to be booked as pet-friendly. Extended stay policy: for extended stays of 21 nights or more the hotel offers a discount of 10% on the nightly rate. Special Events June 12-14, 2015 - 32nd Annual Chicago Blues Festival, Grant Park; July 8-12, 2015 - Taste of Chicago, Grant Park; August 15-16, 2015 - Chicago Air & Water Show; September 11-22, 2015 - World Music Festival, Chicago various locations. The hotel does not provide transportation to/from the airports. 24 hour concierge on site to help reserve car service, boat and bus tours, dinner reservations, theater and sporting tickets, and any additional services you may need. 24 hour doorman and valet to assist in getting taxis.
