Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of UAH 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Guests can smoke on a terrace. Please note that the apartment is located in a residential area, therefore parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate departure without refunding the payment.
