Guests are asked to kindly contact the apartments via E-mail one week before arrival, and inform them of your precise arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Requests for extra beds and cots should be made once your booking has been processed. Guests are asked to observe the noise ordinance, and to avoid playing loud music or having guests from 22:00 to 06:00. Should neighbours complain and/or call the police, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Please inform M M Central Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
