Les citoyens russes doivent être en possession d’un passeport russe à leur arrivée. The apartments are non-smoking and banned from parties and any kind of entertainment. Each guest is required to have a passport with them in order to conclude a rental agreement. Upon check-in, guests will be charged a security deposit of RUB 3000.00, which will be returned upon check-out. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The guest needs to make an advance payment of 50% of the cost of living. The prepayment is non-refundable and must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check-in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
