You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is by pre-arranged appointment only as the property does not have a 24 -hour reception. Once the reservation has been made Primestay Baker Street Residences will contact you with information regarding check-in. Check-in after 20:30 up to 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Any check in after 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 70, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please supply the name of all guests to be accommodated. Only named guests may stay at the property. Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present. A fee of GBP 250 is charged if guests smoke in the apartment. Please note that for the reservations for 7 or less days the linens and towels are not changed. Linen and towels can be changed within 7 days for a fee of GBP 40.
