A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests who make a booking on the same day as their planned stay (between Monday to Friday) will not receive check-in instructions until 18:00.
