Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Smoking is subject to a fine of RUB 5000.00. Renting out is prohibited for guests with large pets, intoxicated persons and for parties and events. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, security deposits on a bank card are not accepted. Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is made through a financial aggregator, using the link sent by the administrator.
