Les citoyens russes doivent être en possession d’un passeport russe à leur arrivée. Check-in: Contactless check-in is available. Guests can check into the property by themselves without contacting the administrator. The day before check-in, the property will send a form for signing a digital contract, guests will attach photos of their passports, after which guests will receive all the instructions for checking in, with a description and photos of how to enter the facility. Refundable deposit: A deposit of RUB 3000.00, which is returned after cleaning until 10:00 PM. The deposit is paid after guests enter the facility. The property accepts any method of payment. For stays longer than 1 week, the property is subject to mandatory cleaning and linen change. Early check-in or late check-out are available by prior arrangement. Smoking and parties are prohibited, violation of this rule will result in the deposit being withheld. Only registered guests are allowed in the facility. Photo and video footage are allowed only by prior arrangement. Guests are asked to contact the property in advance if guests need additional blankets, they are available for a fee RUB 200.00 per blanket. Additionally: the property can provide a kids chair and a folding bed. Guaranteed refund of prepayment if canceled more than 24 hours before arrival. Reporting documents: for business travelers is available for a fee of 14% of the booking price. Pets are welcome, but only dogs weighing up to 5 kg. The dog must be on a leash or in a carrier when at the property. Additional payment for accommodation with a pet: RUB 1000.00. Prices may vary depending on length of stay and day of week.
