Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. If the guests will arrive after 09:00 PM they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The working hours of the facility managers are from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Know Before You Go

• One child 9 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.

• Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.
• Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; periodic temperature checks are conducted on staff; temperature checks are available to guests; guests are provided with hand sanitizer.
• Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.
