Additional transaction fees may apply for local residents, as well as additional VAT, which must be paid at the hotel. Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address. Guests are required to inform the hotel in advance of their arrival time, as the front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Please note that laundry services are provided free of charge for guests with stays of 7 nights or more. For wine tastings and excursions, there is an additional charge.
