Alta Oura apartments' reception is in Choromar Apartments, open from 09:00 until 23:00. In the low season, from 1 November to 31 March, reception is open during the day. Please let the hotel know if you are arriving after the closing times. After check-in at Choromar Apartments, all the guests will be taken to Alta Oura Apartments which are 2 km away. Cleaning takes place 4 times a week, towels are changed twice a week and bedlinen once a week.
