Please note that a damage deposit is charged on arrival and refunded after departure, provided that no damages are made, no nuisance has been caused, no smoking has occurred and the accommodation has been left clean. Please note that guests are requested to not cause any nuisance in the residential area between 23:00 and 09:00. Guests are kindly requested to note that no cleaning service is provided. During booking, all guests should state their expected arrival time using the Special Requests box. Please note that arrival after 18:00 is possible on request only. It is not possible to check in after 02:00.
