Please note that key collection takes place at Viajes Beninter, located within the same complex as the apartments, on 6 Calle Ibiza. Office opening hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 9:30 to 13:30. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to pick up keys at Hotel Castilla, located 50 metres away, on 3 Calle Jaén. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 200 in cash is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made. Photo ID for all guests must be presented upon check-in. Should guests arrive outside office opening hours, they must present their ID at the Viajes Beninter office the next day.
