Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Keys are collected directly at the apartments. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Apartamentos Las Americas in advance. Please note guests are required to a pay refundable deposit of EUR 70 on arrival. This will be returned to the guest assuming no damages, and that the apartment is cleaned and all rubbish is emptied upon departure. Sheets and towels are changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned on arrival and departure of guests. The swimming pool is open from May to October.
