Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment takes place remotely. After booking, guests must contact the Booking Manager to complete the verification process. Guests will receive a message to the phone number on the form of signing the contract, uploading passport data in electronic form, after which they will receive detailed instructions for settling. Check-in from 02:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. By prior arrangement, late check-out is possible, every hour of rent after 12:00 PM is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 300.00 per hour. Late check-in after 09:30 PM is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 450.00.
