Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection at ul. Kraszewskiego 1/408 (piętro 3), Krynica Zdrój. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Guests arriving after 17:00 and on weekends or public holidays are kindly requested to contact Apartamenty Sun & Snow at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
