Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is 24 hours a day. Guests receive keys via a case-box and check-in is contactless. Renting out is prohibited for guests with large pets, intoxicated persons and guests under 22 years of age for parties and events. According to Federal Law No. 115-FZ, security deposits on a bank card are not accepted. Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is made through a financial aggregator, using the link sent by the administrator.
