Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests need to contact the apartment in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to prepare for check-in. 24-hour check-in is provided. In case of same-day check-in, guests must inform the administrator in advance from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Check-in is carried out remotely: after concluding an electronic contract for the rental of residential premises and paying a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement at an additional cost. The apartments are located in a paid parking zone. Free parking is available in the yard upon request — a deposit of RUB 10000.00 is required for the gate remote control. Children aged 0 to 4 years can receive a free baby bed as an extra bed. Children 4 years and older are considered separate guests and require extra bedding. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building.
