Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments are non-smoking and banned from parties and any kind of entertainment. Each guest is required to have a passport with them in order to conclude a rental agreement. Upon check-in, guests will be charged a security deposit of RUB 3000.00, which will be returned upon check-out. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The guest needs to make an advance payment of 50% of the cost of living. The prepayment is non-refundable and must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
